Baño de mujeres... y las primeras rosas de mi jardín.


Hola a todos, hoy les quiero mostrar el baño de mis hijas.




La tina antigua estuvo varios años en el jardín, a veces con plantas flotantes y otras veces los niños la usaban para bañarse. Cuando remodelamos la casa la esmaltamos en blanco y la instalamos en este baño.  Hubo que agrandar el espacio de la puerta para que entrara! 




El vanitorio es una cómoda antigua a la que le agregué un lavamanos.







El bebé lo encontré cachureando.





La cortina de crochet la tengo hace más de 20 años.





El piso es de Baldosas Córdova, una fábrica chilena que las hace a mano, una a una.





 Un nuevo juego enlozado de lavatorio, jarro y también el balde.  Ahora lo pondré a la venta en mi  tienda




Y las primeras rosas de mi jardín.  También está floreciendo la Clematis azul celeste lila, a veces la veo de todos estos colores.
















Las florcitas celestes son del Ceanoto que está en plena floración ahora.











Sigue temblando en Santiago, hace un rato hubo uno 5.6 y hace dos noches hubo otro un poco más fuerte.  Más al sur, donde fue el epicentro del  terremoto,  no ha parado de temblar desde ese día de Febrero... susto!!

Your Daughters bathroom is so beautiful! I really love the old sink cabinet it's just charming. And the tile is very nice and the claw bath tub especially with your curtain. Your old doors are so wonderful, I never tire of your pictures of your home and flowers. Oh and I have never been through a earth quake that must be very scary! Be safe my friend!

Qué feo los terremotos, Ceci...Tenés las cosas que se rompen protegidas en tu casa? Aquí hay un producto especial para éso: es como una masilla que se pone por ejemplo atrás de los cuadros, o si tenés platos colgados en la pared. Te lo pega a la pared, o a la madera sin estropear nada. Es fantástico. Yo tengo toda mi vajilla azul en la estantería pegada por que acá tambien tenemos temblores y creeme que no se mueve nada! Avisame si querés que te lleve cuando vaya en Enero, te lo mando desde Buenos Aires. Si no hay en Chile, te lo recomiendo!!!
Por otro lado, el baño es una preciosidad, la bañadera es soñada y ésa cortina antigua le da un toque romántico fantástico! De tus rosas que te puedo decir....???? Soñadas, como siempre! Avisame lo de la masilla, no te olvides! Te mando un abracito!!!

te cuento que ese baño es el que sueño pero no falta mucho para cumplirlo pues ya tengo la bañadera

Hola querida María Cecilia, sin lugar a dudas ese baño si que tiene estilo!, tengo un vecino que tiene una bañera parecida a la tuya en el antejardín con esas patas tan preciosas, da un poco de pena verla tirada ahí sin un toque de gracia, se podría dar un mejor uso y sacarle provecho a toda esa belleza, lamentablemente mi casa es pequeña y nica entraría por la puerta ni menos por el baño jajajaja, bueno amiga solo me queda imaginarla en un hogar tan lindo como el tuyo, me encantó el detalle de la cortina se ve de lo más original, mil cariños.

I am so sorry that you had the snowstorm, because it takes the garden longer to reach it's glory...but it will! You know the worst thing about the gardening season going dormant is that I have to watch what I eat know, because I will not be burning all those calories I was, so now I can't eat everything I want.LOL!!!
Now I have to tell you that your daughter's bathroom is so beautiful!!! Everything about your home is gorgeous. I love how everything you touch turns more beautiful.
I hope the shaking stops soon and life will soon return to normal for you.

It's been a while since I came by now. i have been very silent with my blogging lately. I came to think yog you yesterday when I wrota a new post in my garden blogg. Hola Maria Cecilia, te felicito por tu blog, tu jardín maravilloso.
Me encanto el baño, y por lo mismo me diste una idea, quisiera saber como lo hiciste para transformar la cómoda en vanitorio, ya que tengo un mueble similar y me gustaría también transformarlo y ponerle un lavamanos. Te agradecería si tienes algún dato.
